     Have the same problem with the trouble ticket that does not seem to be any answer from the support.
    Strange that the ignorer customers in this way.

    Really lucky that there is a forum where helpful Autel fans happy to help.

    Can be difficult to reach some networks dealer.
    Thought I ordered by UK compani. But prove that they were from Honk Kong based with weak support.

     Ihave seen that many Swedes have the same difficulties to reach onlie dealer.

    I hope Autel can help when no dealer is not service minded.

    A good product quality is very linked to the support and willingness to update already purchased goods.
    A good forum will increase the value and willingness to buy more.
